Out when we deliver?
Most of our customers are not in when we call so please say if you're likely to be in to take your delivery, in which case our driver will ring the bell for you.
Please note that we can't guarantee delivery times or deliver to alternative addresses, except very near neighbours.
Password
Please make your password a memorable one, ideally containing a mixture of letters and numbers.
Confirm password
Please make sure you enter the same password.
Email address
We need this to email you your account details.
Information
We need to take your card details to set up your account.
We do not take money from your card until AFTER delivery.
Issue number
This issue number is found next to the expiry date on your card.
If you do not have an issue number on your card, please enter the start date as well as the expiry date.
Start date
We require an expiry date for all cards. Please enter a start date only if applicable.
Security number
The last three digits of the long number printed on the signature strip, found on the back of your card.
First delivery date
This date is your next available delivery day. If you’d like the item to arrive another week, just select a date from the drop down menu. We deliver to certain areas on certain days as this reduces food miles and carbon emissions.
Frequency
You can set all items to come at a frequency that suits you – either as a one-off or weekly, fortnightly or up to every 8 weeks. This way you don’t have to worry about remembering to re-order items that you know you’ll always want, leave it all to us – we’ll deliver according to your frequencies leaving you time to do more exciting or important things!
You can always change your frequencies after you’ve set them up, just go to your ‘my deliveries’ page any time you fancy a change, but do bear in mind your order deadlines. Because we order everything in especially for you, we need some notice if you’d like to cancel or amend your order. Your deadlines are stated clearly on your ‘My Account’ page.
Passed deadline
An order cannot be amended once your deadline has passed, as we order and make everything specially for you. This means your food is fantastically fresh, but we need time to get it ready for you.
